Dear Sirs,

I had a question currently i am playing with HD7850 radeon card but not all settings i can put to maximum.
What would be a good card for a (not to expensive card) to play all on max settings?

Just wait for Mantle, its coming soon and is supposed to buff performance by 20-40%.

Your card should still be sufficient to run on ultra, maybe your CPU is limiting.

my cpu is a i5 ad 3,4mhz so that so should not be the problem

Hmm I run on a i5@4.1Ghz with a HD7870 on FHD with anything on incl AA and have 33-40 fps in crowded areas. I cannot imagine a GTX670 or a R290X would afford so much...except you have too much money and like the idea to buy 10-20% more fps for a lot of money.

In most cases MMO's in general are limited by CPU power, and ESO seems to be the same. I have pretty powerful PC and get 60-100 fps normally, with rare drops to 50 in very i tense PvP, but my videocard (GTX780 ti) is never above 60% load, second videocard is not used at all(no proper SLI suppot yet). My friend with similar setup but with CPU running 0.5GHz slower has lower fps, despite having GTX780 videocard.
So in you case I'd pay more attention to CPU, try to OC it a bit and see how it performs. And check average load on your GPU to see if it is being used 100%.

People in other threads have also suggested turning off virtualization support in your BIOS if you don't need/use it
