Weapon Trait Questions

I want to maximize my damage output with my current character. I intend to enchant my sword with rage, granting me additional power for a number of seconds when I strike.
However, I'm not sure what trait I should have on my weapon. I originally thought to go with "sharpened", but it seems to merely bypass a small amount of armor on the enemy. Now I'm thinking about going with "powered", which decreases the cooldown on my enchant, or "infused", which makes the enchant more powerful. Would "infused" do more damage than a sword with "sharpened"? Would the cooldown of "powered" increase DPS significantly?
