Please explain Infused trait? Is it +to enchant on armor/weapon? Or + to active weapon&armor skills

I still haven't found which enchantment this applies to. The actual enchant on the armor/weapon from a glyph? Or active/passive action bar skills when used?

It enhances the enchantment of the armor, meaning then trait it can acquire by a glyph. If you slot a 40 magicka glyph in it, and the armor has a 20 percent infusion bonus, the 40 magicka will turn into 48. (Modified by item slot, but you get the idea.)

That's exactly what I have been looking for.

How can you see if the Infused trait has enhanced the item enchantment? Will it show on my character screen?

Yes, when you start to apply a Glyph you will see a picture with your item and arrow and the item again, this is a before and after shot, the arrow points to how the upgraded item will be afterwards.
