Average time hireling mail comes?

Does anyone know if there is a set time that the hireling sends you mats, and if so, when that is? I usually pop on for a second after work to poke at crafting, but today the hireling letter wasn't in my inbox.

Once a day at the time you spent the first skill point for the hireling for that craft ...

I tend to spent the first hireling skill point in each craft early in the morning before i leave for work because i usually play in the evenings.

That way, i always have something in the mail when i start playing after work ...

Not a bad idea! Of course, I can't remember exactly what time I invested the point, but I might have mistook today's mail for yesterday evening's. My follow-up question would be: Does adding points to the hireling affect it's delivery time again, or is it now set in stone?

The first skillpoint sets the time, adding more skillpoints didn't change the arrival time for me ...

I think the hireling mails aremall sent out around midnight and noon. I get enchanter and clothier mails, having spent points on them in the afternoon for one and late at night for the other.

Both always arrive at midnight gmt.

the second skill point will give you a better chance at better items, (still on a 24 hour cycle)...The 3rd skill point will give you those same chances but at a 12 hour cycle.
