Reset Rings of Mara?

So I want to do use my Scroll Of Mara with another player, as my friend that I did it with in first place does not play any more. I'd like to be able to reset it and use it again. But I don't know if this possible?

Contact customer support. Officialy it's a one time use only. They stated it was a bound forever. Perhaps you have a friend that has the scroll and that can do this with you.

I've seen Rededication Shrines for Rings of Mara as well as for skill points, etc.
