Missing Quests?

just tried to complete my home-zones...
but there is one big issue...
in riften i need only one quest, but the only quest that should be missing for me would be the werewolf quest.
stonefalls? just the quest where i need to summon the brothers...but the questgiver is gone, cant find him anywhere.
Shadowfen? Around 7 missing...looked through every zone, compared with the esohead map...but i cant find anything that im missing. all the exploration and quest zones are white, so no quest left.
the archivement wont help either...
is there an addon or something else that can show me where i "missed" them?

silly quest have you zoomed right out on the map window, so you can see the whole area map? I didnt realise until a few level in the map will only show you the quests listed for that area displayed on the map. So if you are zoomed in too far you will only see those?
that helped me find a few missing quests or people.
