If it's doing that (it was an issue at launch), just cancel the update and repair the launcher. It'll check game files, but that should fix it.

Did you cancel the update? Until you cancel it, the repair option won't exist. You can also just try cancelling it and restarting the launcher to see if it auto-repairs.
