Autoloot not telling me what I've looted

Hey!
In every MMO I've ever played turning on autoloot is a must. It is a huge time saver when grinding through enemies or collecting nodes. I have been having a hard time with the looting in ESO though. Essentially, whenever I loot a corpse, a node, or a chest I get the items and have absolutely no idea what I've just looted.

Every other game I've played has an option that tells you in the chat bar what you've looted, and I can't seem to find this in chat settings or in the Interface options. Is this just a setting I am overlooking or have they not implemented this into the game?

I don't care so much about looting junk. If I need space I go through my bag and clear the worst things out or sell them in town. My main concern is picking up an awesome new piece of gear or other things that I would want to give to group members, etc etc. I realize I would know what I'm looting if I turned autoloot off, but it is a waste of time when I'm farming an iron ore node. I know I am going to get iron ore, just let me mine and move on.

There are a lot of cool add ons out there. Some will filter what gets autolooted, others will even autosell your junk for you.

You will need to use an addon like Lootdrop. I agree it is something they should add to the game though.

Also the loot info only shows up in the main window, if you create another tab the loot wont show, i talked to the guy and he said it has to do with the api and cant be changes.
