Good, though I have to admit this bug was amusing.Reduced the number of characters that can be entered into a chat message. This should resolve an issue where some messages were too long to properly view in the chat window.

Roleplayers won't be happy with this.
I think this is more of a fix where gold spammers were using certain ways to make their names fall off the chat screen so they couldn't get reported easily.
As an RPer myself, it can be worked around for RPing with people. Done it before.
