Subscription management is broken and doesn't work in several cases. For instance, in my region the only method to pay is electronic payments system "Webmoney".
What should I do to set it as preferred payment method?
I clicked "Manage subscription" > "Setup your recurring subscription" > "30 day subscription" > "Continue" > "Continue" > "Webmoney" > "Confirm and process to checkout".
After that I was redirected to the webmoney site. To the error page. I reloaded previous page and appeared on the page where I offered to pay the bill. I confirmed payment, paid the second bill for an additional horse and the money was debited from my account.
I expect that I will redirect back to the TES online page that I could complete the subscription, but it never happened.
No letter with proof of payment was sent to my e-mail. No info about these transactions come to the "Billing History".
So, I paid for a month plus in theory I have 30 free days for pre-purchased imperial edition, but I still cannot play...
