Guildstores in keeps bugged?

Hi there
I have read somewhere that is possible to buy/sell stuff with other guilds, when that guild holds a keep. Now, I have been to several keeps, talked to the quartermaster -> guildstore, only to get an error mentioning: "You are no member of that guild."
Of course, I'm not a member of that guild, but I thought to point of guildstores (in keeps) was to trade stuff with that guild. Is that error "You are no member of this guild." a bug? Am I doing something wrong?
Or more importantly, is it even possible to trade stuff with other guilds?
