Direfrost Keep

Is there a quest to direfrost keep somewhere, anywhere in the game? I've done a couple of runs now and nowhere in the instance is a quest, but I'm obviously missing something because the clears aren't counting towards completion since I can't unlock the other dungeons of the same level. All my groups have searched high and low and haven't found anything. The only thing is you can activate the speaker/lore ghost guy (forgot whats it's called) but it doesn't actually give you a quest. Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: Ok after testing it myself and with others, it seems that only 1 person can obtain the quest upon a fresh instance. For a group to get the quest, we had to exit, disband and reform till everyone got the quest. Definitely in need of a fix.

Yes I had this problem, it's meant to send event invites when one person picks it up but doesn't.

The problem is that everyone must be inside the instance before someone take the quest, to share the event. Sure this need a fix.

We tried it with everyone inside and didn't work the only solution is to let everyone speak the starter NPC that means we have to reset the dungeon 3times (leaving, regroup and reenter).
