Subscription Fix for Amazon digital copy pre-orders

Hi folks,

Like many here, I had issues with trying to set up my subscription for my ESO account after already playing through the 5-days early access. I tried setting up a subscription and could not find any place to select a plan or enter a credit card.

As it turns out, the early access codes we all received from Amazon months ago are NOT the required game code. All I needed to do was to simply log into Amazon.com, go to the "Your games and software library" section of your account (hover over your name in the upper right corner of the window to see the link to the library - see attached pic) and then you can view your actual game code for ESO.

Copy & paste that code into the "Redeem Code" link of your ESO account and you will be immediately taken to the subscription set up page.

Then there you go! See y'all back in Tamriel soon!

You basically go into your Amazon game vault and the registration key is in there.

The nice thing about buying a digital download from Amazon is if a game publisher's download servers are swamped, you can download the game from Amazon's servers which are always fast. No problem with ZOS's download servers though.
