Example : side-quest in Cyrodiil where a villager wants to poison a goblin companion kept as a friend/pet in the village. After talking to the "owner" and all, the only option is to poison the creature. You cannot choose otherwise, refuse and scold the villager who gives you the quest (even with the Guild Warrior Intimidation skill).
Which means, for RP, I did the Abandon option in the Quests Log.
It's a random example ; not very epic, but ...
I suggest more quests be made non-linear or changed to give a choice.
( nb: I am posting here as the other forum categories are alliance related and my suggestion and example are not about an alliance zone.)
