Game has shipped, have not received it, but I can still play?

Hi all

I got my game a month ago via Amazon, it got shipped recently and I have not received it yet, but when I bought it, I did have a early access password which has been keeping me in the game.

Today the early access has ended
I do not see set a sub payment plan option on my account screen. I cant set one.
So what is going on ?
Am I gonna set it when I get the game with a code or something?

    Unlike you I purchased the digital version of the game, however I too have not had to setup a recurring subscription plan in order to play the game today; even though the launcher message clearly states that early access game time has come to an end. Strange.

    I guess you are lucky then. My game will not work (it says the login info is incorrect).

    I haven't rec'd my physical copy from Amazon yet, so I'm sure that's the problem.

    Unfortunately you probably will need to wait to get your copy so you cab enter the game code.
