Does anyone know exactly how this triggers?

1)If I hit three enemies with Encase, do I heal 5% or 15%?
2)If I hit three times with Daedric Mines, do I heal 5% or 15%?
3)If I hit something that resists status effects, do I still heal? (e.g. Encase, Rune Prison)

This would be an easy one to figure out with any damage metering addon. If you don't do addons is easier than you think.

Teloran

1) you wil only heal once.

2) you will heal once for each mine that hits the enemy

3) don't know but probably not.
