Damage Threshold for Loot

I'm level 9 atm on one of my alts. Salazar the Wolf was up in Glenumbra so I called in reinforcements from the zone. A level 14 and 17 showed up and grouped with me, plus we had some other help. I initiated the entire fight, and yet got absolutely no loot because my damage was understandably lower than the other fighters. That just wasn't right. Please adjust
