DK Flame Lash skill

Ok so this ability is confusing me slightly, hopefully someone can shed some light on this ability.

It says that the follow up attack heals and does more damage. I have tried spamming the ability and it just continually does the normal attack. I have then tried weaving in regular attacks and it seems after 2 light attacks I can activate it again for the heal and extra damage portion.

Is this intended? If so can you do it after just one hit, or one other ability? Anyone else have issues with this ability? Hope im not alone in this or I would feel rather dumb ;p

Did you choose one or the other? It heals after the effect has worn off (8 seconds I think?) or does more damage the longer the effect is up. It does not do both and it depends on time, so you won't notice this effect soloing when you can dispatch your enemy in 2-4 seconds.

You've misread the morph description. It will only activate the lifesteal if the target is stunned or immobilized. Try it again after you have stunned your target.

I tried using it on immobilized or stunned target, and it procs with not 100% chance, some times there is no lifesteal + damage buff some times there is.
