Unable to update ESO with the launcher
hi all,
I just bought the game today, tried playing but I had a problem with the launcher and could not get the launcher to work at all! Its very frustrating. After opening the launcher, I get stuck where it says "loading..." but when I try to close it, it sometimes will get into the update screen, but it never tries to update anything and stays at 0% the whole time. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help? Is there a way I can redownload the launcher or something? Thanks.

ZOS_RobertM✭✭Could you provide a Game Consultant please? You can generate this by selecting the Cog at the top right of the launcher, Selecting About, and then Game Consultant.0 -
ZOS_RobertM✭✭When you open the Launcher, at the top right of the screen where there is the button to close and minimize. If you select the circle cog up there it'll bring up settings. You'll click About on the left side of that window and then click Game Consultant. Then if you can click "Run Tests" to generate the report and post the results here so we can get a better understanding.0
