R9 290 BAD fps in game!!

Hey guys. I am really annoyed, got an msi r9 290 twin frozr with i5 2500k and get really bad fps in this game. Even worse frames in towns. Even on medium settings its choppy as hell.. i have tried the latest drivers and beta drivers, but no fix.
Any1 else having problems with their cards?

Socratic✭✭✭What processor you running, if it has HD4600 integrated graphics it's possible it could be running off that, but I wouldn't know how to test for this. I believe my desktop uses my hd4600 while games use my graphics card. How about other games, are those fine? I'm running beta AMD drivers myself and it seem ok.0
