Tome Upgrade Problem

Please can the tome upgrades be added to the store. I don't want to save my payment information on the PC I play games on, I have a separate PC for all of my financial transactions, which means I can't purchase the upgrade. If anybody has found another way to purchase the upgrades please let me know.
