Nowhere keys

I've been following the directions and looking this up online. I am absolutely confident that the tables on this are broken. I've been looting safe boxes, trolls and chests for some time now. I've even have been running the daily favors and I just simply am not seeing anything. I am confident that this just does not drop. This is on the PS5 server. By some chance is this some sort of glitch or something broken?

Favors: 10th and 20th favors give 1 key each. Which means you get 6 keys after doing them for each of the 3 available (less one because one is bugged).
I currently have 28 keys after doing them on 8 characters (I stopped at the 10th favor for 7 characters and went to the 20th on my main). Yes it’s tedious.

Why farm them early? I'm assuming they're not dropping as much as they will when the content is live. And if I had too few when the Vault launches, I don't think I would regret not farming them repetitively.

Other than the favors, I got one from a Dynamic Encounter.

So much talk about these no where keys but what do they do?

Also wtf are these dynamic encounters and can they be solo’s? What are they like? Why do people bother with them? Asking as PvP player

So for clarification you get one key for each of the sets of favours when you have done 10 on each quest giver.

Not 10 in total but 10 for each quest giver and the same again for 20 for each.

If you go to journal(press j) > Lore Library(book icon at to right of screen) then scroll down to the bottom and choose correspondence, you will see how many of each quest giver's favours you have done on that character, when those numbers hit 10 for each you will get a key for each.

This is not per account it is per character so you can get more keys by using different characters to do the tasks.

Currently this has been my only source of keys, so now I'm doing them on multiple characters.

There are a lot of people where thisa is not working!

I thought it would be good for tracking the multiple toons doing this, but alas NO, it simply does not pop up, on any of my accounts

One of my quest tracking add-ons was causing the correspondence section of the lore library to not display. Turned all my add-ons off and turned them back on systematically to find the cause. Sorry, but I don't remember exactly which add-on caused the issue. Hope this helps, good luck.
