Redguard w/med armor
Is a Redguard with Med armor over kill? I wish I knew more about these soft caps, and how to figure this out for myself. I was trying to go for a 1h shield dps build for PvP etc. But Now that I have heard about these soft caps I don't know of that is going to put me into the wasted stat category.
