Favor Bugged cannot progress

The favor to help in the Rift (get the flower from the mountain to give to the healer) Gave to the Healer, but the quest doesn't change. Still states to help the person, (with quest pointer indicating her generally, but the one over her head is gone). Tried abandoning quest and re-starting with no luck. Re-starts as needing to help her, with her dialog the same after you saying you will help her.
(Not sure if this is connected in some way to the quests defaulting to a different one based in the part of the map you are in, (once the task has been done, but before you have returned to the board to complete). Keep having to re-choose the favor quest.)

GibbsieUK✭✭Sorted now. Should have been going onto the balcony to get someone, but the quest pointer and instructions kept indicating Mizrali. Kept picking up at the same point even after abandoning the quest and closing the game. If it had restarted from the start with the healer letting you know about the flower, might have actually been able to work it out quicker.
Fetch quests. So much fun.1
