Skeleton in the closet

I saw someone who’s character was a skeleton. It blew me away. Is that a mod; was it part of a quest; was it something lootable from a chest or dresser; or was it some sort of reward? I’m sorry I don’t have a screen shot; I was too awestruck to think clearly. He was in town at the crafting tables probably crafting muscle and skin.

It was probably a costume or quest disguise. Not sure which, I haven't seen that yet.

One of low level it looks, cos i notice theses skeletons in Davons Watch
These also could be a reward from Crow Nest dungeon?

Damn I don't remember the quest name.

But It's at Stillrise Village, west Shadowfen.

It's a village with skeleton NPCs, you can't miss it. =D

Quest revard is veteran 8 level ( for all not Ebonheart Pact charactes , not shure what level item is for EP characters )

Or VR3 if you're AD. The different alliances do things in a different order.
