It's been 7 days since I received a response to my support ticket. Just wondering if I can still expect a response or if I should submit a new ticket.

✭✭✭✭✭usually submitting a new ticket is not the best idea because that restarts the process of them being able to help you
if your ticket is not closed, you could probably make a comment on it to check on the status to keep it from getting auto closed
last option you can direct message zos_kevin with your ticket number to get it checked onplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

Dosska✭✭I did comment on it a week ago then saw somewhere that can move it back down the list so haven't commented since. If I don't hear anything in next day or two I'll try that last option. Thanks.0
