In all honesty I did 1 dungeon on master and switched it back to seasoned

The challenge difficulty is not on during a 4 player dungeon. It is for overland, delves, public dungeons and story.

Still nice that you solo'd a dungeon already as a new player though.

My dude, get off my back lmao, I meant a "dungeon"- an underground thing that I entered as a single player and not as a party. I don't know the actual technical term for whatever it was. Sorry lol. Delve?

It was very obvious you meant a dungeon where overland difficulty can be on.

A delve yes, but like I said before that's still great for a newer player! I wasn't hating or nitpicking, just clarifying.

It actually isn't obvious. I thought they meant a 4 man dungeon, too. So it was appropriate that another poster clarified.

I assumed OP meant Public Dungeon, not Delve lol. PDs are harder than Delves.

Yeah I've died several times in "public dungeons"- on just seasoned lol. Thankfully i bought a stack of 200 filled soul gems from a guild trader. What i did on master was just a delve i gues

My first experiment on master difficulty was a public dungeon. Some of the mob pulls hit you with 7 or 8 projectiles at once at 5K damage each or more. That’s 45K incoming damage for my 25K HP threshold. Needless to say it didn’t go well. Had to resort to the age old strategy of kiting to get through mobs, but those projectiles still turn in midair and arrows can still somehow turn corners.

My next experience, same PD was a boss fight. Full 25.1K HP, and the boss heavy which I blocked still hit me for 27K and I died.

All this to say, master is slightly over tuned. Yes PD’s should be harder now, but there are several base game PD’s that nobody is going into. PD’s do t have a group finder either. I can’t imagine vestige level.
