I am trying to buy Crowns, however when i go to click purchase it asks for my MFA which i input successfully, then i get a message saying i am logging in from a new browser (which i am not) and need to insert the activation code sent to my email. However i am not receiving the email at all regardless of the time i wait etc. i have followed everything on the support page, alas nothing works. It worked fine last time. I got my access code when needed.
I have submitted a ticket, alas i cannot even check its status as i cannot log into anything at all on the website. nor have a received an email acknowledging anything about receiving it. The email address works fine and i have sent / received emails from it. I can log into the game etc fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
