We don't know. Soonish, but the devs didn't say when exactly the update is coming out.

We don't know, same with DB. It seems likely they will focus on bug fixes and such for a while in the beginning.

IIRC it should be the next big patch, when the Crime and Punishment system gets implemented. Middle of may. Could be later

you are writing this as if you know, that there will be this " Crime and Punishment system" for sure, any source for that ?
