I am afraid...well, yes...even ESO has some fair grinding in it. If you do not like PvP...find the places where you can happily run about for an hour or two and level up by clubbing hapless NPC's

One thing most people don't know about is getting experience from interacting with NPC's. If you are out in the wilderness, and see a merchant with a horse, or two guys talking (sometimes about who's going to light the campfire, or if the Queen is good or not), you should always interact with them. If you listen to their conversation, then interact with them, you will get a fair amount of experience.
Why not? Something has to work. Once, I dug a pit and filled it with clouds. Or was it clowns? Doesn't matter. It didn't slow him down. To be honest, it wasn't the best idea. And it really began to smell. Must have been clowns. Clouds don't smell bad. They taste of butter! And tears. - Sheogorath
