Wrong PTS server

I used to log into the EU PTS, and all my characters were there. I haven't logged into the PTS for a while, and today, for some reason, I was sent to the NA server, where I have nothing. I can't change servers — not in the game, nor in the launch settings. What happened? Why can't I return to the EU server?

There is only one PTS server. They copy characters from EU/NA in alternating cycles or something I believe, but I do not recall the specifics and couldn't find it on a quick search, sorry.

They copy NA characters to the one and only PTS server, then completely wipe them and replace with EU characters, then completely wipe EU and replace with NA characters, then completely wipe them and replace with EU characters, etc. Normally, this cycle happens in a way where EU gets the PTS during the extended quiet time between Updates. But the new seasonal business model seems to have resulted in more frequent wipe/replace events and right now NA is the copy available. It'll get wiped and replace with EU soon enough. Give it a few weeks.

Basically, you are experiencing what NA has experienced for last 12 years. :-)

They copied NA over as part of testing some crossplay stuff. Don’t know more than that. It has been nice, I’m sad that it’ll probably be just this once. Alternating between NA and EU getting the post-patch part of PTS would be nice.

As Kickimanjaro said, there is only one PTS.
They have been pulling accounts from either EU or NA. It changes per "campaign" or "test" they are doing.
During the PTS campaigns, when they do an "update" or change to the system(s) they are testing, they will reset the accounts back to when they originally pulled them from the Live servers. What that means is if your account was CP 2000, and in a couple weeks you got your account to CP 2020 on the Live servers, when they make the changes your PTS account will go back to CP 2000. How ever your account was when they pulled from the Live server is how things will be when they do the PTS reset for testing.
