Well excusssse you! Some of us rather enjoy raising a family! Its a lot of work digging up those all those graves. Great for character building. Besides necromancy is terrific for the environment. You'll never find a better recycling system anywhere else.

Would you want it to work like the Emperor / Former Emperor title, where if you no longer meet the requirements the title is removed or changed?
I think it would need to because otherwise lots of people would get it by getting to level 50 (or whatever the requirement was) without using any class skills, then switch to a normal necromancer once they had the title.
As for me, it's not something I've tried. My only necromancer is also a vampire, Thief, Assassin, bosmer who broke the Green Pact, and all around terrible person; a character created specifically for things my other characters would never do.
But your idea sounds like it might work for another character I had in mind and scrapped because the game mechanics wouldn't allow me to roleplay her properly, so it wouldn't be any different to a normal character. She's also not a good person, but she thinks she is, she believes once she's proven herself to be the greatest mage that ever lived everyone will agree that whatever she did to get there was justified, but I think she'd want to avoid being branded a criminal along the way.

You are disturbing and it disgusts me. The only thing I dislike about having choosen to back thr Daggerfall Covenant as an Imperial is the prevalence of Necromancy amongst the Breton. I trust King Emric is the most qualified to handle the threat Tamriel faces but the grave robbers and necrophiliacs are truly upseting.

I should get an award also for the character that never killed a thing either, crafted its way up to cp levels.

Hey, you're the one who brought up necrophiliacs, not me. But you know what, that's fine, whatever you do in your own time is your own business. You do you, my strange friend! But corpse herding is a very noble tradition in Tamriel, and I think you terribly misunderstand the role we necromancers play. I mean, you can make friends friends FOREVER*and isn't that wonderful?
*self will is not guaranteed. You may be used as a meat shield. Your designated necromancer is not responsible for cleaning up the bits and pieces that fall off. Your soul may be used to charge up enchantments.
