issues getting eso plus?

hi, I just decided to start playing eso again, and get eso plus, however I ran in to problems.
I chose the 30 day sub, 109sek, I payed with google pay, got a notification from my bank, that the payment went trough, however I on the eso site I got the message "the transaction was not authorized. please check the provided information again"
So I tried again, and same thing happens again, notification from my bank that the money is drawn from my account, and the same error message again, and I have now payed twice, and still do not have eso plus,

any one else having issues?

    You'll want to put in a support ticket to ESO. Whatever you do, don't dispute the charge with the bank.

    There are some times that it may take a bit to clear, but disputing charges with the bank is pretty much a one-way ticket to a permanent ban.

    You can also post your ticket number here and one of the devs can also help signal boost it for you.

    yeah I did make a ticket, just curious if its just me, or some bigger technical issue on eso's end:) dint dispute it, but I did call my bank to make sure that there is no problem on their end, and its not:)

    I could ofc play anyway, but would be pointless for me as a casual player, that enjoy exploring and crafting haha

    Which platform are you on? There were some reported issues on PS i think.

    Have you looked on your actual Account Page?

    There you should be able to see your current ESO+ status and your Billing History.

    If nothing is showing might it be an issue with your payment method? No idea tbh but the money has gone somewhere. :/

    yeah "Your ESO Plus™ membership has expired. Click here to set up your renewal" and nothing in billing history, but the money is still reserved, according to the bank, there is nothing wrong with the payment it self, and no issues at the bank, but since the money is reserved, and not drawn from my account, there must be some technical issue at the eso end, and I always pay with google pay, never had this problem before:)

    Have you had any reply to your ticket yet?

    If you do reply to it, restating your issue, the first couple of replies can be automated, you need to keep replying to each new email until you get a human.

    Don't open new tickets that puts you to the back of the queue.

    @ZOS_CouchTato could you check the ticket is in the right place?

    nah not yet, made the ticket like 6h ago, and I doubht the handling time for tickets is better then when I last played 2 years ago:P

    yeah, I know, sadly, normaly wasting days on auto replies, so Im not exspecting my issue to be solved any time soon:/

    Looks like they just put the ticket in the proper queue. I'd give it a few days for a response. If they don't message back in a week let me know and I'll check in again.

    just got a reply on my ticket, and a proper respose, not just an auto reply, way better support then when I last played 2 years ago:)

    I dont really get why I should use a different payment method, since google pay is one of the payment methods that can be used, and never had a problem with it before, and I wont try again with a different method, and risk it happening a 3rd time, before my other 2 payments are refunded, and up to 72h, guess Im not playing this week:)

    Is it safe to auto renew an account or just let it end and restart? Have heard much conversation on people not getting their crowns or not get access to craft bag.

    I have cancelled two accounts just in case.
