Possible to use add-ons while cloud gaming?

Hello! I couldn't seem to find any updated info on this, so apologies of this is the wrong place to post.

Basically just the title. I'm considering trying cloud gaming since my gaming computer died and I can't afford another one, but having access to add-ons is kind of a big deal for me. I do have a Steam Deck I can play on, but it does make me feel sort of removed from the social aspect of ESO and some things are just much harder to do without a keyboard and mouse, so cloud gaming is looking more appealing.

I rely pretty heavily on add-ons for a lot of things I do in-game though, so I wanted to check before I pay money to make the leap. Thanks in advance!

Cloud console game versions can work with addons as far as I know, because game itself downloads them from bethesda.net, but PC version will not be able to use addons most likely because on PC you have to install them manually, you can't access game folder and install something yourself in cloud services, but it may vary. Many cloud platforms allow you to test or have cheap short sessions, so you can test.

Also, keep in mind, all data saved by addons (on PC) is stored on a hard drive on PC you are plying on and has no way to sync with any other PC you will play in the future, not sure about consoles tho, but I think it should be the same.
