Did not receive ESO Plus benefits

I purchased ESO + via https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/esoplus and it said it works on the PC (PC
Xbox One Xbox Series X|S) but I'm not getting the subscription on my account.

I just redid the purchase since it didn't show that I had an active membership but now I have 2 charges...

You may need to reach out to Xbox, but you can also submit a ticket with us here.

I submitted a ticket but they said they couldn't do anything. It's crazy that I went through this website to get ESO+ but somehow you guys can't help me.
