Vampire Passives (Possibly Others) Suddenly Not Functioning

Was in the night market and was disconnected from the game for some sort of login authentication error. Didn't think much of it but logged back in.
The character I was on, and logged back into was a vampire, stage 4, all traits purchased.
As I was in the middle of The Parch I tried to vampire--run invisibly, but it wasn't working. Couldn't get it to work until I respec'd the last passive trait out, and rebought it.
Now, I'm in the "daring race" in The Parch, and I'm moving slowly as hell, when, as a vampire and nightblade, I scoot along really fast when crouching.
Not sure how it happened, but something is very very wrong with passive skills now. I really don't want to have to respec everything out and re-purchase it, which may include champion point allocations.

TheOubliette✭✭✭Update: Respecing out of ALL vampire passives and rebuying them fixed this, but some passives, on some other skill lines may also not be working, and some are invisible, behind the scenes stuff that we'd never notice visually, rather, we'd simply find ourselves dying faster, healing less, criting less, and so on.
This is a really weird, and concerning bug.
