Quick question on blood In the Sand

Hi guys,
I done the quest on my main and been having a blast in NM. Today i logged my other character in and went straight for the blood n the sand daily (one you need to kill 75 monsters, not sure on the exact term).
Anyway, I finished it, and now I can't turn it in, I see the quest icon leading me back to the cat to turn in it, bit that's as far as it gets. Do I need to to redo the Intro quest again? Any suggestions welcome !
