I’ve earned all the keys and successfully completed the Opulent Ordeal trial.
I just tried to join a group for Opulent, but I couldn’t use the portal to the trial. It says I’m missing the required keys.
In the progress bar, I’ve lost all the keys except one.
The climbing crossbow no longer works.
The fan and lantern still work.
The “Diamond” title and achievements are still there.
I couldn't find anything about this. Is this a known issue? I've submitted a ticket.

It's part of the play loop so the zone stays active.2 -

✭As people have said, you'll need to farm the keys again, but you should still be able to use the grappling hook. If you're sure that's gone then that's a problem0
