This is to establish how many solo players there are to group minded players in ESO. With the current outcry over Night Market this would be proof.

^^^ That's the thing, a lot of people are both. I voted group because my main content is dungeons but I have an overland build that I use to solo overland. I prefer questing alone. I don't really have a group for pvp either.

It depends on your definition of group. Myself, of course group people also solo. I don't expect there is many players if any who log in and don't do anything until a group is formed.

For me, Group is people who like to run dungeons and/or trials on a semi regular basis. Solo, would be those who at most, might click the random dungeon finder on occasion but overall does their own thing.

I suppose almost all players spend at least some degree of their timed grouped. It might be instructive for such players to estimate how much of their play time they spend grouped.

In my case, no more than 2 or 3% of my time is spent in a group. I play to spend time with my elf, not with human players.

I appreciate that the game needs a wide variety of content so I don't mind the presence of Night Market. It is simply very much not my cup of tea.

I chose solo because that's primarily what I do. That being said—I do join groups for the Night Market.

The vast majority of the time, I play ESO solo.

I often do play alongside (or "soft group" with) other players to help them clear world bosses or incursions, and on occasion I even join up with one or more players to form a group.

But most of the time I play solo-- although I'm not against grouping or content that's specifically designed for groups.

I am a solo player. I don't mind playing with others but since I am on pacific time, and cant get into game before sometimes 11pm, most others are sleeping. Shrugs.

I mostly play solo but I actively search people to help and join them every time I can (no Dungeons nor Trials).

However, I am the type that talks (writes). I often find that when I am in groups, many players just jump or crouch to say thanks and never write in chat.

I don't get the aversion to write in chat or invite others some solo players have. If I invite them they join me, but never communicate, and if crowns goes on them, they never invite others even when asked.

I am ok with being the one who spams invites, but a bit of communication would be much appreciated, especially to decide activities: I don't like to be leader and make others follow me; I want them to go where they need and help them, but it's hard to organize if no-one talks.

EDIT: on a funny note, I bet if we do a "are you introvert or extrovert" poll to ESO population we'd discover "there are only extroverts" XD sure XD
