Can't put a support ticket in

Every time I get to the step where it wants me to choose email or text, it refuses to allow me to check email, so I check text, put my phone number in the box, and the submit button is still un-clickable. What on earth is going on? Why can't I submit a ticket?

    they dont answer half the time anyway. but maybe its just me

    The ticket system sucks bad. Choosing the correct pull down to get the thing put in sucks real bad!!! The options to put the ticket under don't make sense for some problems and I don't always get a submit option. Example: Is it a bug or character issue???

    That last question is the difference between whether you want to (metaphorically) burn the report like incense to the devs in the hopes they might fix something eventually or whether you (not so metaphorically) want a Support agent to respond to your issue directly in a few days or so.

    Getting the bug report vs help ticket question answered is the big one. Once you’ve got that settled, ZOS can do the rest on their end and move it to the appropriate category if they feel there’s a better one. But they generally don’t respond directly to bug reports by design, so if you would like a response or direct intervention, do a character issue or other type of help ticket.

    From what everyone says, it sounds like they just don't care. If I can't put a help ticket in online, they seem to have broken the whole function of their support system.

    I've never seen an option to choose email or text except to have a code sent to authenticate the account before continuing. Is this what is being referred to?
