Skill points are not updated during character respec

First, thank you so much for making character respec directly available from the skills menu. So much more convenient and have used it a lot.
What is a bit confusing is, that the available skill points number does not update during the respec, e.g. it does not increase when you unlearn a skill, freeing a skill point.
Also, the leveling up rewards still contain skill and attribute respec scrolls which are pretty useless at this point.

Are you on PC or Console? No issues on PC with values not updating as I remove or add skill points.

Are you using any skill point related addons?
