Firekeeper not buffed by Swift Renewal

I was testing the new DK healing skills to update my spreadsheet of which skill gets buffed by which champion point slottable.
In this test I found a weird interaction that seems like a bug.
Normal ground healing circles (for example Illustrious Healing) get buffed by both Soothing Tide and Swift Renewal.
Firekeeper however, was not getting buffed by Swift Renewal, but only Soothing Tide.
Here is the rest of the list of my testing. Most have been done 2 years ago, so only the DK and Scribing skills hve been tested today on PC EU.
