Add-on request: Percentage bars

I am looking for an add-on that shows how much HP, stamina and magica you have with a percentage on top of the normal bars. Have been trying to search for it online, but don't seem to find one.

Thanks, holmes.lab16_ESO. I downloaded it and disabled some of it's frames and then it became just what i was looking for
