Open World Systems, Rewards and Difficulty

I just had an idea about increased zone difficulty, rewards and coop play for Open World Zones. What if specific sub areas of the map like in a Zone (Glenumbra) gets limited time weathered effects and becomes hazard zones which becomes highlighted or visible on the "view map".
Increased Enemy density (good for grinding exp)
Gameplay effecting environmental like tornadoes, thunder strikes, lava, tremors, etc.
Overall Increased Rewards, Treasure Chest, Exclusive rewards and other findings.
Special Events (can have a limited event to give trade bars and other event drops to incentivize players into participating in the zone maybe with other players in a group as special events too)
Zone difficulty to be higher but not so high like VR12 Craglorn back when Solo was nearly undoable.
Special World Bosses with Boss sets (some tradable for players to make money) and monster sets(Not trable).
