Glorious Anniversary Jubilee Boxes sometimes don't provide Dapper Daredevil

I'd assume that it is occurring because it rolled the Gilded Stirrups but since I already have it the game didn't give it to me again and didn't replace it with a Dapper.

It doesn't really matter for this event since the Dapper Daredevil is pretty common but, on shorter events it might matter if that is the bug and if it reoccurs.
