Why are premades allowed into solo queue?

It is pretty clear from some of these BG matches that some groups are clearly premades even though this is supposed to be a solo queue only. Why is this allowed or how are they circumventing? You are just going to drive players away from the game by allowing this.

It was like this with the old BGs, too. Best I can tell, its a population problem where there are not enough players in the queue to make up BGs with all solo players.

They aren't. Some players simply play the game a lot and look for other experienced players on their team to stick with during the match. If you have a good enough build and are knowledgeable enough, you learn how to combo with other players even without comms.

If you know, you know. No one is premade unless they happened to get lucky trying to queue solo together. You just get used to names and skills and play styles over time.

I agree with you 100% and the proof is in the pudding, like this post for example, but saying this or pointing out this out can raise eye brows.

Loving bgs takes a certain type of player and there just arent that many. Changing the format didnt fix this on psna or pcna. Thats the hard truth. The least they could do is let those players that do enjoy them...

    ____ the ___ they ___!

    Fill in the blanks.

Mmm, nope. I once played five of the 4v4 BGs in a row, and in four of those games, the exact same three players were on the exact same team. They had organized stun and pull tactics, focused people 3v1, and moved like a mini ball group. And, in a coincidence that would shock no one, the same three people later showed up in Cyro as a, you guessed it, small man tower runner group.

I’m not saying that talented players on the same team don’t follow each other around and go for the same objectives or targets. But I’m also not saying that comp groups don't show up in solo queues because I’ve seen it.

This doesn't prove anything other than poor matchmaking and a few friends queueing at the same time to get into the same match. I've been in discord with a friend that I regularly open world PvP with and had the exact same happen in 8s solo queue where we get on the same team for multiple matches in a row.

We weren't queued as a group, just solo queue, yet we were in discord together so we could still coordinate ult dumps and timed burst. It's not some big conspiracy, just a poorly made system.

I'm pretty sure that the better scoreboard add-on is bypassing solo/group queue segmentation. That's just my theory though. I won't share HOW it is doing it, or HOW people are doing it, but I believe it is based on my own testing and results.

The other explanation is that you're just coping that people are farming you/better than you or your teammates. Sorry.

So it’s either an exploit or people are pubstomping everyone. In other words, literally what everyone else is saying. We know some people are good enough to slap folks around easily. But the argument is that something is allowing people to queue into BGs together, or at least end up on the same team consistently.

…so in other words, a comp group is making its way into solo queues on the same team consistently, even though that shouldn’t be allowed, which is essentially the point I was making, lol.

It does put you againt groups if it cant find anny solo matches. I have a couple of times got against a team from a battlegrounds guild i am in when solo, so i asked and they said they where a group. Another time i was playing with 2 friends a random joined the group, and he asked if this was group bg because he had queued as solo. Has happened both in 4v4 and 8v8.
