Thank you for the ineffably magnificent marvel... art...

# Issue
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Windows taskbar icon disappears once the `explorer.exe` process restarts. Yet, icons for other programs get re-created, including common popular ones like Valve's Steam, Thunderbird, or even the official desktop client for Telegram.
The miraculous icon in question, or a whole portal... to a heroic story, adventure of life...:

# Steps to Reproduce
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Launch the Zenimax Launcher via Steam or manually, and keep it visible on the screen;
- Wait for the icon to appear in the Windows taskbar (e.g. likely the Alliance War Ouroboros);
- Open a Command Prompt (e.g. cmd.exe);
- Execute `tskill explorer`;
- If it does not re-launch itself in 10 seconds, re-launch it manually via command `explorer` in the same Command Prompt;
# Current Behavior
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The launcher is still running and is shown on the screen.
Yet, the icon of the launcher does not appear in the Windows taskbar.
# Expected Behavior
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The launcher is still running and is shown on the screen.
The icon does re-appear in the Windows taskbar.
# Workaround
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Re-launch the launcher.
# Environment
# ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since Windows OS is not my main but Linux, since at least 2006, I did only have a licensed machine with relatively outdated Windows 10 only, where noticed the issue, prior upgrading to a new version:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro (22H2) x86_64
- Kernel: WIN32_NT 10.0.19045.6466
- WM: Desktop Window Manager 10.0.19041.4355
