Ferocious Roar has been pretty buggy for several years now. There are somethings that need to be addressed.
1. The faster heavy attacks are often inconsistent with their speed. Sometimes one attack will take longer to cast than the previous even when holding attack continuously.
2. The attacks are not working like the tool tip suggests. "Your Heavy Attacks also are 33% faster for 10 seconds after casting." this statement is not true. Your heavy attacks are 33% faster, but only after the first normal speed heavy attack. The 10s timer is essentially 8s due to the first normal speed heavy attack. If you stop for any reason, then there is another 2 seconds lost to the normal speed heavy attack.
3. The range of this skill is not accurate and cannot account for any desync. You have to be nearly on top of an enemy to get the fear to happen. It is especially bad if the enemy is running away from you. There is exactly zero chance to fear the enemy unless you can get in front of them.
Fixing this skill would go a long way towards making werewolf playable.
