Mouse problems.

When in game my camera just randomly starts moving in a direction until I move the mouse and it then stops, sometimes I need to move the mouse three or four times before it stops still. I thought maybe my mouse was broken but if I open up menus within the game my mouse isn't actually moving. The mouse I am using is an old bog standard mouse but I was wondering, have I missed a setting within the game that would stop my mouse doing this, I can put up with it if needs be but it starts to get annoying as hell.

I'm having the exact same problem! Running windows 8. Please reply if you find out the problem as its quite irritating.

Here's something you can try that will hopefully resolve the issue.

Right-click on the ESO launcher icon and click "Properties." Select the "Compatibility" tab. Select "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings." Click "OK."

Repeat this process on eso.exe

Sorry robert found the issue, it turns out its not the game its windows 8 lol. For anyone whos having this problem try this
Control Panel>Hardware&Sound>Mouse>Pointer Options then DESELECT the box labeled "Enhance Pointer Precision

As this thread is nearly 5 years old we are closing the discussion. You are welcome to start a new thread in the correct support forum if there are no current threads. Adjusting the mouse sensitivity on PC can help with camera issues.
