Today I bought a 12-month ESO Plus subscription. But I noticed that the 19,800 crowns and other game in game bonus items were not added.

i hade the same issues, 3 days ago, i submitted ticket, i added screenshot of the purchase, but still no answer, no crowns; i wanted to buy some stuff from the crown store with that crowns, but that stuff will be removed from crown store in 4 days....0
